The Missouri Valley United States Tennis Association (USTA)/Missouri District has chosen Marshall Junior Tennis as the recipient of the 2022 Member Organization of the Year Award.

The Member Organization of the Year Award is based on outstanding service and impact to the community, service to organization members maintaining active tennis programs for juniors and adults and encouraging and assisting junior players.

Under the leadership of Susan Carney the Marshall Junior Tennis Program serves a wide and diverse community including park lessons, Quick Start, 10U, 12U, 14U, high school, Marshall High School Alumni, round robin and parent/child tournaments and carnivals.

The award will be presented November 29, 2022 in Cooper Tennis Complex’s meeting room at 2331 East Pythian in Springfield at 12:00 p.m.
