Saline County 2023 property assessment forms recently mailed out have been found to be missing the third sheet for businesses and contain incorrect return envelopes.

Saline County Assessor Jessica Goodman gave an update on the issue involving business property assessment forms.

Goodman also stated the the forms which are mailed by the Edward J. Rice Company also were sent with incorrect return envelopes. Saline County forms contain more information and require a different return envelope compared to other counties in the state.

Another round of assessments have been mailed with the correct envelopes.
