The Missouri Department of Transportation has planned general highway maintenance and construction work in Carroll and Chariton Counties for the week of January 30 through February 5.

In Carroll County:
-Route UU is closed for a bridge deck replacement over Turkey Creek and Big Creek, through the end of January.
-Route WW will be closed for a culvert replacement from Second Street to South Main Street in Tina from Monday, January 30 through Friday, February 3.

In Chariton County:
-Guardrail work at the Palmer Creek Bridge on U.S Route 24 is scheduled for Tuesday, January 31 and Wednesday, February 1. A 14 foot width restriction will be in place.

Inclement weather may cause schedule changes in some of the planned work.
