Certification of the April 4, 2023 Municipal Election was held at the Saline County Clerk’s Office on Monday, April 10.

Saline County Clerk Brittni Burton said a bi-partisan team came to the clerk’s office for the official certification. The team added the provisional ballots to the final results first, and then did a hand count of all the write-in races in the county. This includes the races in the Gilliam School District, the Glasgow Fire Protection District, and the Sweet Springs Ambulance District sub district 1 and 2.

Burton then detailed the certification process for the results from the election.
