On Monday, June 12th, 2023 at 10 a.m., the Pettis County Commission presented a Proclamation congratulating Smith Cotton Track and Field State and National Champion Derek Grubb.

The Commission thanked him for representing Pettis County and the State of Missouri with distinction and wished him the best in his college career.
