An Odessa woman has been injured after a one-vehicle accident in Lafayette County on Thursday, June 22.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred when a vehicle driven by 34-year-old Stacie Richard traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a culvert, and overturned. Richards’ vehicle traveled down an embankment before coming to a rest.

Richards was transported to Centerpoint Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries.

The accident occurred at 9:42 p.m. at Route OO, east of Route TT in Lafayette County.
