The Concordia Board of Aldermen approved a discount for daily pool passes at the Concordia Aquatic Center during its meeting on Monday July 3.

City Administrator Dale Klussman said the discount applies to senior citizens and active members of the military.

In other news, Klussman reported there will be a four percent rate increase for solid waste effective October 1. Klussman said the increase is listed in the city’s contract with Republic Services.
