The Sedalia Public Works Department was notified of a water main break at approximately 5:00 p.m. last night in the area of West 20th Street and South Limit Avenue. It was a 16 inch main approximately 9 feet deep. Crews were on site overnight working to restore water service to the area. Water has since been restored and crews are still on site back filling the repair area. The right hand northbound lane (east side of Limit) should be reopened by noon Friday, July 21.
