A route in Chariton County is scheduled to be closed due to a bridge replacement project.

According to the Missouri Department of Transportation, Route D in Chariton County will be closed for a project at the Clarks Creek Bridge through mid-October.

Most routine work zones will stop for the Labor Day holiday, but some long-term work zones and closures will remain in place. All work is weather permitting.
