
After much anticipation, details were announced on Monday, September 18 for the first ever Mozark Music Festival. The festival will be held in Sedalia from September 20 through 22, 2024 on the Missouri State Fairgrounds.
The planning committee spoke of the event that will be a salute to the 70’s and feature multiple live rock and country bands on two different stages. The bands performing for the three day event will include Starship featuring Mickey Thomas, Glenn Hughes from Deep Purple and Black Sabbath, The Pat Travers Band, Dukes of Hazzard’s John Schneider, Molly Hatchet, Petra, Head East, the front men from bands Lonestar, Restless Heart, Little Texas and many more.
The festival will also boast many of the best tribute bands from around the world plus more acts and celebrities to be announced in the coming months. The event will also feature a car show, art show, crafts, a kids zone as well as the traveling Vietnam War Memorial wall plus camping with over 1300 sites close to the festival grounds.
