Slater Schools Superintendent Terry Lorenz provided an update on the district’s HVAC project.

The project began over over the winter break. Lorenz reported that the HVAC project was completed without any problems.

In other news, attendance numbers for the elementary and high school were both down. Elementary attendance was reported at 89.4 percent, while the attendance for the high school is 91 percent.

The next School Board meeting is Tuesday, February 27.
