A fatal crash was reported in Johnson County on Thursday, January 25.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred when a vehicle driven by 44-year-old Julie Huston ran off the right side of the roadway, struck a ditch, overturned, and struck several trees. Huston was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Huston was reportedly not wearing a seat belt during the crash.

The crash occurred at 11:34 a.m. on Missouri 2 in Johnson County.
