UPDATE: Both juveniles have reportedly passed away from their injuries. The Carrollton Police Department also indicates that the incident might have been intentional.

On February 14th at 6:26 PM, officers responded to reports of shots fired at Carrollton City Park. They found two juvenile males with gunshot wounds and transported them to Carroll County Memorial Hospital with life-threatening injuries. An investigation is ongoing, and the scene has been secured with no current threat to the public.
