The Marshall High School Speech and Debate Squad competed in the Central District Speech Tournament. It was held this past weekend at State Fair Community College in Sedalia.

Andrea Gooden placed 3rd in Dramatic Interpretation.

Aliesha Ernest placed 7th in Prose Reading.

Eliza Papreck placed 7th in Poetry Reading.

Piper Brunson placed 4th in Original Oratory.

Eliza Papreck placed 4th in Storytelling.

Andrea Gooden placed 1st in Informative Speaking.

Andrea now qualifies for the state speech tournament in Informative Speaking.
