Eric B. McRoberts, 66, of Malta Bend, MO, died Sunday, March 3, 2024, at The Living Center in Marshall.

Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, March 8, 2024, at Malta Bend Cemetery, with William W. Harlow officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Friday at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Memorials are suggested to Malta Bend Cemetery. Born February 14, 1958, in Marshall, MO, he was the son of the late Philip Benjamin “Ben” McRoberts and Mary Louise Slagle McRoberts. Eric lived in Malta Bend his entire life and was a 1976 graduate of Malta High School and attended State Fair Community College in Sedalia.  He retired from Lake City Army Ammunition Plant after 30 years of service later working for Monsanto. He was a member of Malta Bend United Methodist Church. He loved NASCAR, auto mechanics and spending time with his grandkids.

Survivors include one daughter, Brandy McRoberts (Jack Geeslin) of rural Miami, MO; and two grandchildren, Aiden Geeslin and Maci Geeslin.

In addition to his parents, Eric was preceded in death by one brother, Mark A. McRoberts.
