Cora Lee Fuchs, 88, of Sweet Springs, MO, died Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at her home.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 8, 2024, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Sweet Springs, with Pastor Alan Mueller officiating. Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Sweet Springs. Memorials are suggested to Immanuel Lutheran Church or Crossroads Hospice in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home. Friends may sign the online register book at www.campbell-lewis.com.

Born June 20, 1935, in rural Houstonia, MO, she was the daughter of the late George Tildon Crank and Della Marie Jordan Crank. On July 5, 1980, she married Steve Fuchs who survives of the home. She lived in the Sweet Springs area most of her life and retired from Rival Manufacturing. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. She enjoyed crocheting and quilting and loved camping.

Survivors include her husband, Steve; three children, Greg Bredehoeft of Cole Camp, MO, Brenda Wulff (Kevin) of rural Sweet Springs and Tracy Bredehoeft (Sheri) of Oak Grove, MO; eight grandchildren, Jared Bredehoeft, Angela Alcorn, Justin Wulff, Crystal Dowler, Valerie Cook, Kelsey Bredehoeft, Mikaela Bredehoeft and Kyndal Bredehoeft; 11 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Evelyn Bledsoe of rural Nelson, MO and Mary Saylor of Sedalia, MO;  one sister/niece who was raised in the home, Leana Havner of Kansas City, MO; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Cora Lee was preceded in death by four brothers, Richard, Samuel, Lewis and Douglas Crank; one sister, Anna Crawford; and a daughter-in-law, Marlene Bredehoeft.
