Howard Electric Cooperative and the City of Fayette, have submitted a collaborative request to the Missouri Public Service Commission for approval of an electric territorial agreement covering a portion of Howard County, particularly in and around Fayette.

This agreement aims to allow Howard Electric Cooperative to provide specified electric services to new structures within a specific tract of land in Howard County. Importantly, this arrangement is stated to not involve the transfer of any existing customers between the two service providers.
