
Another individual has been implicated in connection with an altercation involving gunfire that took place on January 30th in the 500 block of Katy Drive in Boonville.
Travis Anderson Jones, hailing from St. Louis, faces charges of first-degree assault and armed criminal action. A warrant has been issued for his arrest with a bond set at $25,000. A court date has yet to be determined.
Previously, Jarez Foulks was charged on January 31st with two counts of first-degree assault, armed criminal action, first-degree endangering the welfare of a child, and unlawful use of a weapon. A case review for Foulks is scheduled for May 13th at 9 a.m.
Although there were no reported injuries, a residence was struck during the incident, as per earlier reports.
According to the probable cause statement, law enforcement responded to a report of shots fired at 3:15 p.m. on January 30th. A 19-year-old informed police that she had been fired upon by Jones.
Law enforcement also discovered that a 17-year-old was inside the residence during the shooting. The statement indicates that the 17-year-old heard impacts on the house, went to the front, observed a damaged mirror, and realized shots were being fired.
