A Huntsville man, Dakota Carter, 29, was killed in a rollover car crash on Interstate 70 in Boone County at mile marker 116 east of Rocheport Bridge.

An argument with his passenger, Brittney Brown, 30, led to both struggling for control of the steering wheel, causing the vehicle to veer off the road and overturn.

Carter was pronounced dead at the scene. Three children were also in the car: an uninjured infant, a 5-year-old with serious injuries, and a 10-year-old with moderate injuries. Brown sustained minor injuries. None of the adults or the 10-year-old were wearing seat belts.
