Yesterday, the Marshall City Council convened in their regular session on May 7th. During the session, Mayor Vince Lutterbie made several appointments to various boards. Tammy Stewart was appointed to the Library Board, and Wick Jacobi was appointed to the Board of Public Works for MMU, filling the vacancy left by the passing of Spencer Fricke. Jacobi will serve out the remainder of Fricke’s term, which expires in January of next year.

Additionally, Harold Simmons was appointed to the Planning and Zoning Board. These appointments were all brought before the council to where they were motioned for and approved.
