
On May 6, 2024, the Warrensburg Police Department responded to a drive-by shooting on South Mulberry Street, resulting in two victims; one sustaining a leg wound and the other injured in the abdomen. Following their investigation, on May 9th, the Warrensburg Investigations Bureau sought an arrest warrant for Jaydon H. Gosnell for charges including Accessory Assault 1st Degree, two counts of Accessory Armed Criminal Action, Aiding or Abetting a Person Discharging a Firearm, and Accessory to Harassment 1st Degree through the Johnson County Missouri Prosecutor’s Office.
A No Bond warrant was issued by the Johnson County Courts for Gosnell. Furthermore, charges were submitted for Autin J. Pogue, including two counts of Assault 1st Degree with Serious Injury, two counts of Armed Criminal Action, and Discharging a Firearm from a Motor Vehicle at a Building Causing Serious Injury. Although a warrant has not been issued for Pogue on these charges yet, he is currently detained on another No Bond warrant. This update represents the latest information from the ongoing investigation by the Warrensburg Police Department.
