The Pettis County Commission met on Tuesday, May 14th to present a proclamation to the Smith-Cotton JROTC Battalion for their recent competition victories. The battalion’s successes at the Army Nationals and the Rocky Mountain Western Classic Drill Nationals have earned recognition from both the community and the commission.
