While many area high schools have already held their commencement ceremonies for their 2024 high school seniors, many others will hold their ceremonies this weekend.

High School graduation marks a time for new beginnings in the lives of many area students as they move onto high education, the workforce, or the U.S. Military.

Sweet Springs High School is holding its graduation at 7 p.m. Friday, May 17. Warrensburg High School is hosting its commencement ceremony at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, May 18.

Several other school districts are graduating their seniors on Sunday, May 19. These schools include Glasgow High School, Fayette High School, Green Ridge High School, and Carrollton High School. The ceremonies for each school begin at 2 p.m.
