The Missouri State Highway Patrol investigated a Lafayette County crash on Friday, May 31.

According to a report, the accident occurred when a vehicle driven by 35-year-old Christopher Culp traveled off the roadway, began to skid, and went down an embankment and into a creek.

Culp was taken to Centerpoint Medical Center for treatment of moderate injuries.

The crash occurred at 11:15 p.m. on Missouri 131, south of U.S. 24 in Lafayette County.
