Concordia City Administrator Dale Klussman provided an update on the water and sewer work that is being done throughout the city during the Board of Aldermen meeting on Monday, June 3.

Klussman said the city began a water project on the west side of Concordia on Monday. The work is being conducted between 7th and 8th Street, and between Magdalena and Frederick Street.

In addition to the water work being done, Klussman reported the city is finishing a camera inspection of some of the city’s sewer lines. The board will review the findings from the inspection during a future meeting.

Also, the board gave tentative approval to Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts to host a car show on August 10, 2024. The board wants to wait and see if the Concordia Police Department has any input before giving full permission.
