A single-vehicle crash near Mendon injured a Ludlow woman and two juveniles on Monday, July 22.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred when 37-year-old Jacey Mohr suffered a medical event while driving on Missouri 11. Mohr’s vehicle traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck two utility poles before overturning.

Mohr was transported to University Hospital for treatment of serious injuries. Two juveniles in the vehicle had minor injuries in the crash.

The accident occurred at 9:01 a.m. on Missouri 11 in Chariton County.
