
After the extended holiday weekend, crews with the Missouri Department of Transportation are back on the roads performing maintenance and repairs.
Tuesday morning, crews are beginning several days of milling and resurfacing of a pair of roadways in Cooper County. Route 41 south from Arrow Rock to the junction with Interstate 70 will have traffic reduced to one lane and crews flagging motorists through the work zone, as will Route K from Route 41 to the I-70 outer road, including through Blackwater. Also in Cooper County, crews will spend the next three days patching potholes on Route B from Route J to U.S. Route 50 outside Otterville.
In Howard County, the culvert replacement project around Route 129 west from Roanoke to Route T continues Tuesday through Thursday. And in Carroll County, a resurfacing project continues on Route KK in the northwestern part of the county. One lane will remain open as the project continues over the next three weeks.
