
Crews with the Missouri Department of Transportation will observe Monday’s federal holiday, but will return to the grind Tuesday, Oct. 15 to complete several maintenance projects.
A project to seal-coat Route 5 in Cooper County continues Tuesday and will last through the week, between Interstate 70 in Boonville and U.S. Route 50 outside Syracuse. Also in Cooper County, roadside work is planned Tuesday along Route N from Route NN to River View Drive, as well as the entirety of Route 98 east of Boonville on Wednesday and Thursday. One lane will remain open through each of these work zones, with crews flagging traffic.
Seal-coating projects also continue along U.S. Route 40 in Howard County this week, as well as the project to resurface Route 5 in the county.
In Carroll County, shoulder repairs are scheduled along the eastbound lane of Route 10, between County Roads 151 and 171 east of Norborne.
In Randolph County, the Route C bridge over U.S. Route 24 in Huntsville is scheduled for maintenance between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. from Tuesday through Thursday.
