Governor Mike Parson announced judicial appointments to the 14th Judicial Circuit.

Parson appointed Garreth Cooksey, of Hannibal, as Associate Circuit Judge for Randolph County in the 14th Judicial Circuit.

Cooksey is an assistant prosecuting attorney in Marion County. He holds Bachelors of Arts in English and business administration from Truman State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

He will fill the vacancy created by retirement of the Honorable James M. Cooksey.
