The Moberly City Council has a new city council member, four months before April’s municipal election.
At their Dec. 2 meeting, the council accepted the resignation of Austin Kyser. City manager Michael Bugalski says the appointment of Kyser’s successor was also made at that meeting.
Kyser was first elected to the Moberly city council in 2018. Michael Skubic will fill the remaining four months of Kyser’s council term.
