
Hazel Lorraine Witcher, 84, of Marshall, MO, died Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, January 27, 2025, at Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall with Pastor Randal Huff officiating. There will be no visitation. Born August 6, 1940, in Marshall, she was the daughter of the late Carl Walker Taylor and Hazel Violet McCarty Luetjen. On July 27, 1993, she married Marvin W. Witcher who survives of the home. Hazel lived in Marshall her entire life and retired from Con-Agra Frozen Foods after 31 years of service. She enjoyed fishing and watching Nascar races.
In addition to her husband, Marvin, she is survived by two sons-in-law, Randal Huff and Mark Shoemaker, both of Marshall; daughter-in-law, Sherri Witcher of St. Louis; four grandchildren, Katie Morton (Mike), Steven Anglen (Amanda), Taylor Witcher and Haley Witcher Achelphol (Matt); three great-grandchildren: Jesse Anglen (Sarah), Jordan Pittman and Alex Gaddy; as well as nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Hazel was preceded in death by two daughters, Dorothy Shoemaker and Lois Huff; her stepson, Wes Witcher; and two sisters, Shirley Mikle and Susan Hall.
