
A four-vehicle crash was reported on eastbound Interstate-70 on Monday, February 3.
According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred when a semi truck driven by an Ohio man crossed through the median cables and struck two vehicles in the eastbound lanes at mile marker 75.8. Debris from the impact also struck a fourth vehicle. That portion of the highway was closed for several hours after the accident.
The Ohio driver suffered moderate injuries in the crash. A driver from Iowa was dealt minor injuries. Both were transported to Fitzgibbon Hospital for treatment.
The accident was reported at 9:47 a.m. on I-70.
