Developers of a series of maintenance-provided villa communities have announced plans to build 14 new homes in Sweet Springs.
La Bella Vistas and the Marshall-Saline Development Corporation announced plans Friday for Sweet Springs Land Investments to build a villa community on Pear Tree Drive in Sweet Springs. La Bella Vistas will build at least 14 homes that will offer an all-inclusive lease package including lawn care, snow removal, landscaping, maintenance and utilities. The homes will have either two or three bedrooms, with an air-conditioned garage and 12-hundred square feet of living space. The developers, John and Heidi Miles and Fielding and Darla Staton, have developed similar properties in Carrollton, Chillicothe, and Liberty.
Construction is expected to begin this summer.
