Pavement repair work continues for several area roadways around the region, resulting in flag crews directing traffic through various work zones.

The Missouri Department of Transportation continues to repair the pavement along Route B in Pettis County, between U.S. Route 65 in Sedalia and Route 127 north of Green Ridge. Crews will work between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday, June 16 through Wednesday, June 18. Similar work continues in Saline County, with crews working on Routes J and AE in southeastern Saline County on Monday. Crews will then focus on Route BB on Tuesday and Wednesday from U.S. Route 65 at Grand Pass to Route 20 outside Blackburn. Two roads in Johnson County also continue to receive pavement repairs: Route 58 near Centerview, between Route VV and Southwest 200 Road, will be worked on Monday, while Route FF along the Pettis County line from U.S. Route 50 to Route NN will have pavement repair work over the next three days. Pavement repairs are continuing on Route H in Cooper and Moniteau counties, with crews also working to resurface Moniteau County’s Route MM starting Monday, and repair the surface to Business Route 50 through California.

Pothole patching is continuing Tuesday in Chariton County along Route 11. Crews will make the repairs between Routes M and C. Bridge rehabilitation projects are continuing along Route P in Chariton County over the Puzzle Creek, the Route B bridge over Camp Creek in Carroll County, the Route D bridge over the Old Channel of Shoal Creek in Livingston County, and bridges along Routes A, D, and W in Caldwell County. At most of these projects, a flag crew will direct traffic through each work zone.

A culvert replacement is also scheduled this week in Saline County. Route AA will close north of Nelson between Routes H and TT on Tuesday between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Crews in Moniteau County are planning culvert replacements along Route F south of California from Monday through Wednesday.
