
A two-vehicle collision west of Moberly on Sunday, June 15 sent both drivers to an area hospital.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, an SUV driven by a 39-year-old woman from Moberly was stopped on Route JJ two miles west of Moberly, seeking to turn left. At around 2 p.m. a car driven by a 22-year-old man from Huntsville struck the rear of the SUV. The Moberly woman suffered moderate injuries, while the Huntsville man sustained minor injury. Both were taken to a nearby hospital. Troopers say the Huntsville man was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash.
