The Marshall Police Department and the Missouri State Highway Patrol have cancelled an Endangered Silver Advisory for a Marshall resident after locating him safe.

According to police, 79-year-old Larry Lee Lemley had been spotted leaving his residence around 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 9, 2025. Authorities said he was last spotted along West Morgan Street. The license plate associated with his vehicle was detected about two hours later along Interstate 470 near U.S. Route 50 in Lee’s Summit.  The Patrol announced early Thursday morning that Lemley had been located and is safe.
