
The Salisbury Board of Aldermen approved the final reading of an ordinance Thursday, July 10 that will allow smaller lots and houses in the city.
Mayor Ronnie Stowers says several residents and buildings in the city have expressed interest in placing tiny homes in Salisbury.
Aldermen also agreed to a measure changing the street cut permit fee to $500.
The Salisbury Board of Aldermen also completed the annual adoption of their conflict of interest policy, and appointed Chris Hayward to an opening on the city’s library board.
