The Missouri Department of Transportation has planned several maintenance projects in Carroll and Chariton County throughout the coming week.

In Carroll County, a resurfacing project is continuing on U.S. Route 65 from U.S. Route 36 in Chillicothe to south of Route CC near Carrollton through October. The roadway will be narrowed to one lane with flaggers directing traffic through the work zone.

Pothole patching is taking place on several routes in Chariton County during the week. Route F will be closed for the work from Route E to Route C from Monday through Wednesday. Route F will then close for the work from Route M to U.S. Route 24 from Wednesday through Friday. Crews will be working from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day.

All work is weather dependent.
