
The Concordia Board of Aldermen voted to enter into a preventative maintenance agreement for the HVAC system at City Hall for the next three years.
The board’s decision came during its meeting on Monday, August 4. City Administrator Dale Klussman says the agreement is with Beerman Heating and Cooling, who will provide two checkups of the HVAC system per year.
The agreement expires in 2028.
The board also set the date for its 2025 property tax public hearing. The hearing is scheduled for 5 p.m. Monday, August 18, in Room 202 of the Concordia Community Center.
