Crews with the Missouri Department of Transportation will complete maintenance projects on bridges in a pair of area counties this week.
Several bridges along Route H in Howard County will receive maintenance work from now until Thursday. One lane will remain open while the work takes place. In Livingston County, a lane reduction will go in place Thursday and Friday for the westbound U.S. Route 36 bridge over Coon Creek just west of Chillicothe.
Elsewhere in Howard County, pavement repairs are planned this week along routes P and Y. Pavement repairs also continue along Route F in Moniteau County, and a resurfacing project is underway for Route UU in Carroll County. Each of these three projects will have one lane remaining open through the work zone, with flag crews present. However, Route M in Carroll County will continue to have sections close this week for culvert replacements, between 6 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. each day. Also this week, sections of Route AA east of Higbee in Randolph County will close daily between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. for patching operations. The work here is expected to continue into next week.
