The New Franklin R-1 Board of Education reviewed the Comprehensive School Improvement (CSIP) and the District Facility Plan during its meeting Wednesday, September 17.
Superintendent Benji Dorson says the CSIP is a working document that outlines the main goals for the district. The CSIP ties directly into the districts other plans, including the District Facility Plan. Dorson says the facility plan includes both short range and long term goals for the district’s facilities.
The board also reviewed the district’s Professional Development, EAC and Safety, and Literacy Plans during the meeting as well.
Dorson also spoke about the CAC cross country meet the district held on Saturday, September 20.
The board’s next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 15.
