
The Concordia Board of Aldermen included improvements to the city’s community center in their budget for the new fiscal year.
The improvements included in the budget adopted Monday, Sept. 29 will increase the building’s accessibility, according to city administrator Dale Klussman.

The new $6.4 million budget that took effect Wednesday will also fund additional fencing around Concordia’s water treatment plant, in an effort to bring the facility in compliance with Missouri Department of Natural Resources regulations.
