Governor Mike Kehoe as appointed Rebbeca Minks as the new Benton County Treasurer.

Minks previously worked as a tax specialist for H&R Block in Warsaw before purchasing and managing the franchise. She previously served as a member of the Franchise Leadership Council. Minks earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Missouri State University.

Minks fills the position that was vacated by Richard Renno, who resigned from office in July 2025. Renno is currently facing felony charges for enticement of a child and sexual misconduct of a child.
