The City of Sedalia’s Public Works Department will be conducting macropaving operations on 16th Street from New York Avenue to Marshall Avenue beginning Monday.

The work will take place from Monday through Thursday. During this time, 16th Street will be closed to all traffic daily from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. to allow crews to safely complete the work. Residents are asked to plan alternate routes and avoid the area when possible.

The city appreciates the community’s patience and cooperation as the Public Works Department continues to work on the city’s streets and infrastructure.
