The Fayette Board of Aldermen delayed discussion last Tuesday, Oct. 14 on how to handle short-term rentals, after its developer instead submitted a request for a boutique hotel.

Fayette aldermen also approved business licenses at last week’s board meeting for Concrete Concepts and Raymore Construction.
