A grand jury in Lafayette County has indicted an Odessa man on multiple charges of statutory sodomy and child molestation.

The indictment was delivered Friday, Oct. 24 against 20-year-old Damien J Logan, after he was arrested and initially charged in January. A probable cause statement from Odessa Police accuses Logan of inappropriately touching two family members between January 2023 and April 2024. The girls were eight and nine at the time the crimes are believed to have occurred.

Logan faces three charges of statutory sodomy and one count of child molestation. He posted bond of $75,000 in February. His arraignment in Lafayette County Circuit Court is Monday morning.
