The City of Blackburn is soliciting bids for snow removal services for the 2025-2026 winter season.

Bids must include pricing for the emergency snow routes on North and South Main Street, as well as separate pricing for removal on all other streets in the city limits.

Contractors must provide adequate equipment and personnel. All sealed bids must be received no later than 12 p.m. Monday, December 8.
