KMMO will begin coverage of the I-70 Conference Tournament on Monday, Dec. 8 at the Wellington half of the bracket.
A pair of girls games are scheduled for Monday, starting with the host Tigers taking on third-seed Concordia at 5:30 p.m. Pregame coverage will begin at 5:20 p.m. on KMMO-FM 102.9 and online at KMMO.com. Second-seeded Lone Jack will battle Sweet Springs in the following match. The other half of the bracket is at Orrick, where Crest Ridge have the top seed and will face the host Bearcats, after the four-five contest between Santa Fe and St Paul Lutheran. The boys will start play Tuesday.
Because of our broadcasts, our newscast for the hour will move up to 5:10 p.m. Also Monday on KMMO.com, the Cole Camp Bluebirds will travel to Sherwood for a doubleheader. The girls contest is at 5 p.m., followed by the boys around 6:30 p.m.
