
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a pedestrian was struck along an outer road east of Concordia on Tuesday, Jan. 13, resulting in moderate injury.
The Patrol says the 39-year-old pedestrian, a woman from Mansfield, was struck by the passenger side mirror of a vehicle that a 39-year-old woman from Concordia was driving west on Old Route 40 on Tuesday night around 6:45 p.m. The vehicle stopped at the scene. The pedestrian was taken to a Warrensburg hospital for treatment of moderate injuries. No injuries were reported for the Concordia driver, and she was able to drive her vehicle from the scene.
