As KMMO continues marking “Read To Your Child Month”, the Marshall Public Library reminds residents of their programming geared toward younger audiences.
Children’s librarian Teresa Gezella encourages preschoolers to take part in their story time program every Wednesday morning.
.
She also encourages children to take part in a weekly program that explores books that specialize in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM).
Gezella says the Marshall Public Library will also host a summer reading program to encourage children to continue developing their reading habits while school is out. Details about programming at the Marshall Public Library are available on their website.
KMMO’s Read To Your Child Month programming continues this Sunday, Jan. 18 at 7 p.m. on KMMO AM 1300.
